Greenery!

Long-time readers may remember a similar post last year when we moved to Honduras so I shouldn't come as a surprise that we're doing this now.

In an effort to make the apartment more homey Anah and I went out and bought a bunch of plants yesterday. In Honduras it was a small gesture to liven up a drab place with little personality; now that we're in Austin it's an effort to get back to the almost greenhouse that Anah had back in our Milwaukee home.

We went out a bought a few herbs and a few succulents (Anah 'hearts' succulents) to get the greenhouse feeling back.

Home, Sweet Home

Anah and I are finally settled in our apartment in Austin. Meetings and training for work start next week so the past week has been spent sorting through our stuff (surprise, surprise... we have more stuff than we thought) and entertaining our road trip guests, Maria (Anah's BFF) and Kate (my sister). Not everything is set up in its right place (still need to hand the art and pictures and put away the last of the clothes), but we'll post some apartment pics soon. Until then, a few highlights:
